How To Register with Cannabis Warehouse
To signup for Cannabis Warehouse, please visit to https://orders.cannabiswarehouse.com.au/pharmacy-registration
When going through the registration process, please ensure you provide accurate information for:
- Email & Password - These will be your login credentials for the CW Portal
- Pharmacy ABN - This is to ensure you are actively trading
- Pharmacy Address - Enter the address exactly as it appears on Google Maps to ensure safe and correct delivery of your scheduled medicines. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted as a valid delivery address to maintain the integrity and security of the delivery process.
- Upload matching Pharmacy Premises Certificate by State
- Add APRHA Number and upload certificate for order approvals

How Do I Return or Request a Refund for My Order?
Can I return an opened product?
Yes, you can return an opened product if at least 90% of the product remains.
What are the steps to process a return and refund?
To ensure a smooth and compliant return process for scheduled medicines, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Product Verification
Verify the products you intend to return by checking your order details. Ensure the product meets the return criteria mentioned above.
Step 2: Return Package Information
Prepare the following details:
- Dimensions of the package (Length x Width x Height)
- Weight of the package (must be under 20kg)
- Name of the individual responsible for the return
Step 3: Return Label
Cannabis Warehouse (CW) will send you a return label. Ensure the label is securely attached to the package.
Step 4: Package Pickup
The return package will be picked up by TOLL via TGE (Team Global Express) OR Xpress. Ensure the package is ready for collection on the scheduled pickup date.
Step 5: Verification and Credit Note Issuance
Once the returned products are received and verified by Cannabis Warehouse, a Credit Note will be issued to you. The return fee will also be included.
What approvals are needed for a refund?
Before a refund can be processed, the request must be approved by the corresponding brand and sponsor.
